More Discouraging News

This past summer has been discouraging as far as news about friends’ health is concerned.  It all started with my good friend but beefy burger eater Ian James suffering a serious heart attack.  Since then, others including family members have suffered health issues.

This evening, readers of this website might be interested to know that an often contributor in the past, John Guldin has not been in very good health recently.  John is a great friend of mine and I had the pleasure of spending some fly fishing time with him in Puerto Rico a few years ago.

It was discouraging to find out John has been having some health issues, but hopefully he will be able to recover.  I’d like to go fly fishing with him again soon.

In the meantime, he’s accepting donations of Percocet and Scotch.  But for the purposes of medical orders, Vodka might be better in order to suitably meet the criteria of “drinking clear liquids.”
